About the Role
The Outreach Training Associate will have the opportunity to support training initiatives for the rapidly growing national Clinical Outreach Team at Charlie Health. This role will be responsible for helping drive outreach rep success in the field, and enabling them with the skills and tools to deepen relationships and awareness of Charlie Health in local communities. This role will support various training team initiatives, providing the opportunity to make an impact in onboarding, training and developing Outreach reps.

Responsibilities
- Support key training initiatives including but not limited to new hire onboarding, continuing education, skills coaching, content creation, offsites and events.
- Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Outreach team is informed of processes and educated on all aspects of the business.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales enablement/training, or field sales with a passion for learning & development.
- Google suite proficiency
- Proven experience supporting and coaching sales reps
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tasks in a timely manner
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
- Ability to operate efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a passion for mental health care
- Able to work 4 days/week in our NYC office and located within 75 minutes’ commuting distance of the office

Additional Information
The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and number of years of experience. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits. #LI-HYBRID
