- A valid and current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
- Knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols is required.

- A background screening mandated by Florida law is required.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans.
- Monitor residents’ health status and report changes or concerns to appropriate healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Document all care provided and maintain accurate resident records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities.
- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.
- A compassionate, patient, and attentive approach to residents’ needs is preferred.
