Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution and five (5) years of experience in customer service, operations or OTC roles in a private, public, government or military environment
  • High School Diploma/GED or higher and a minimum eight (8) years of experience in customer service, operations or OTC roles in a private, public, government or military environment
Responsibilities
  • Supporting the onboarding of customers to enable the use and engagement of the Partner Portal
  • Supporting Level 1 Partner Portal incidents raised by internal and external users including Partner Portal access requests, user admin management and technical issues from intake to resolution
  • Troubleshooting errors between Partner Portal, ERPs and other system from which various types of data is pulled
  • Supporting Portal deployment activities including but not limited to testing, data validation, user maintenance and asset/content uploads
  • Other Portal and/or customer onboarding tasks as assigned by Team Leader
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with website release management, testing and integration of other source systems
  • Experience with Web-platform ordering solutions, user administration and/or super user experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Data Analysis
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems and communicate effectively
  • Competency on project management and meeting deadlines
