The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic thinker to work in close partnership with our Sales and GTM teams in order to raise the profile of Moloco in North America. The person in this role should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and have a growth mindset.
- Own development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and regionally in partnership with the global marketing team across all marketing channels including field events, content, PR, social media, and paid advertising
- Support end-to-end marketing processes across web, social, email, and events
- Lead and execute NOAM regional event strategy and thought leadership opportunities
- Work closely with client facing teams to identify and build customer case studies and collateral
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and refine website requirements, objectives, and processes
- Execute and coordinate initiatives in support of global rebrand efforts
Here is what you need to succeed (Experience & Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any related field
- Experience managing end to end marketing campaigns from strategy development to execution
- Critical and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in a unique or innovative way
- Experience managing and/or working with marketing agencies and 3rd party vendors
- Ability to work autonomously, focusing on key outcomes amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
Our Compensation And Benefits (for California & New York State Residents Only)
Base Compensation Range: $111,759.00 - $167,639.00
In accordance with California & New York state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range: $111,759.00 - $167,639.00
In accordance with Washington state law, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
