  • Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science or related subject preferred
  • Work Mode - Work from office for 5 days in UK Shift (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST)
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, especially SharePoint Online administration and support
  • Expertise in Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and platform stabilization
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot and resolving grounding, indexing, and performance-related issues
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint permissions, metadata, search, storage, and document lifecycle management
  • Must have practical experience with end-to-end SharePoint migrations using Sharegate, covering planning, content restructuring, permissions mapping, and validation in enterprise settings
  • Experience with Copilot Studio solutions including copilots, connectors, and automation troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Information Protection, Conditional Access, and governance enforcement in operational contexts
  • Proficiency in PowerShell for platform administration and support automation
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and structured operational thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities when working with architecture, security, and platform teams
Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced operational support for SharePoint Online, including troubleshooting complex issues, resolving permission and access problems, addressing content and search-related concerns, and ensuring platform availability and performance stability
  • Support site structures, document management systems, metadata implementation, storage optimization, and document lifecycle enforcement, while maintaining compliance and governance standards
  • Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 Copilot across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services, including diagnosing grounding issues, fixing response inconsistencies, resolving indexing and data access problems, and stabilizing Copilot performance
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 Service Health, conduct incident analysis, and engage Microsoft Support when necessary to resolve platform-level issues
  • Troubleshoot Copilot Studio solutions such as custom copilots, connectors, plugins, prompts, and automation flows; resolve configuration issues, manage version updates, and ensure operational stability in production environments
  • Execute platform monitoring and diagnostics by analyzing logs, telemetry, usage data, and system signals to identify recurring issues, performance bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities; drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
  • Support security and compliance operations by implementing and troubleshooting permissions, sensitivity labels, retention policies, DLP rules, and access governance controls for SharePoint and Copilot services; ensure secure collaboration and controlled data exposure during issue resolution
  • Assist with platform upgrades, feature rollouts, and operational changes by validating configurations, supporting controlled deployments, and minimizing disruption to business users
  • Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides to enhance support maturity and resolution speed
  • Automate and streamline support processes using PowerShell, SharePoint Online tenant settings, storage quotas, and Microsoft 365 administrative tools to reduce manual effort and improve repeatability of maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with the Microsoft 365 Architect to enforce platform standards, governance, and provide operational insights from real-world platform behaviour, contributing to improvements in stability, usability, and performance

Smith+Nephew acquires Integrity Orthopaedics for $225M plus $225M in performance payments

Smith+Nephew has acquired Integrity Orthopaedics for an initial $225 million cash payment, plus up to $225 million in performance-based payments over five years. The deal strengthens Smith+Nephew's sports medicine portfolio with the Tendon Seam rotator cuff repair technology. Founded in 2020, Integrity Orthopaedics developed the innovative system to address high failure rates in traditional rotator cuff repairs. The technology uses patented micro-anchors and continuous suture designed to deliver stronger repairs and lower re-tear rates. Early clinical results show reduced pain and shorter recovery times. The rotator cuff repair market performs approximately 500,000 procedures annually in the US, valued at $875 million. The acquisition, expected to close by end of January 2026, will be financed from existing cash facilities and is expected to be accretive to trading profit margin by 2028.
