What you will be responsible for
A Trade Operations Specialist, Senior Associate is responsible for various functions including account onboarding, processing, reconciliation, and fails resolution. A Senior Associate is typically collaborative with teams that may have diverse roles and responsibilities. A Senior Associate may own a variety of processes in addition to engaging in projects and communication with both internal and external clients. A Senior Associate is responsible for following processes and controls in place to mitigate risk to the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent client service, including verbal and written communication on new account set ups and transition events.
- Direct interaction with agent banks, custodian banks, investment managers, and internal personnel to research and resolve inquiries and exceptions.
- Collaboration with other internal business units to resolve complex or non-routine questions/issues.
- Ownership and identification of challenges and issues. Proposal of tactical and strategic solutions.
- Continual process improvement. Propose and work to implement workflow changes to support effectiveness, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Actively assist with documentation, development, and enhancement of standard operating procedures.
- Engagement with technology enhancements, special projects/ad hoc presentations, and reporting as needed.
- Adherence to training deadlines, standard procedures, reporting, compliance, and escalation protocols.
Qualifications
- BS or BA degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline (Preferred)
- Strong ownership, time management, and decision making abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, planning, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate globally with internal and external parties to resolve identified issues
- Ability to shift priorities and assignments
- Computer proficient including working knowledge of desktop software applications

Salary Range:
$58,240 - $83,200 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
