Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with introducers and intermediaries to achieve new business targets.
  • Proactively contact new intermediaries/introducers to engage them with the company's bridging products.
  • Possess SME knowledge of bridging (and buy-to-let (BTL) products preferable), criteria, processes, and unique selling points (USPs).
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding with intermediaries to assess opportunities and identify appropriate firms.
  • Follow up on issued terms and agreed deals to progress them into applications, handling objections to win deals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and providing excellent customer service to support business growth.
  • Achieve personal objectives.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience of bridging/BTL, or associated businesses within the specialist mortgage market.
  • Good understanding of the digital marketplace that exists within the bridging / specialist lending sector.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within the bridging / specialist lending sector.
  • Proven history of positive sales performance.
