Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Math or related discipline and 2+ years of related experience; 0 years of related experience with a Masters (for Systems Engineer Level 2)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Math or related discipline and 5 years of related experience; 3 years of related experience with a Masters; 0 years of related experience with a PhD (for Principal Systems Engineer Level 3)
  • DoD Secret clearance that is or has been active within the last two years
  • Experience providing problem resolution and improvement recommendations with strong time management skills
  • Analysis experience with complex, mathematically intensive systems
  • Python or Matlab experience
  • Ability to travel on occasion to Northrop Grumman and customer locations
Responsibilities
  • Performance analysis of missile tracking and prediction algorithms
  • Analysis of space based sensor constellations
  • Algorithm defect tracking and resolution
  • Tool development (Python & Matlab)
  • Technical presentations and analysis reports as required
