Healthy Living, Carson City is looking for a Weekend RN!
This role will focus on our weekend admits and coordinating follow up on one weekdays.
Rate starting at $104,000/year (Pay Per Visit Model) with mileage reimbursement. Territory of coverage would include visits within a 50 mile radius from our branch office.
This role will be Friday- Sunday, 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Duties
- Assess patient and family to determine home care needs.
- Provide physical assessment and history of illness(es).
- Initiate and revise plan of care as needed.
- Develop care plan with patient and family involvement.
- Identify discharge planning needs and implement prior to discharge.
- Counsel patient and family in meeting nursing and related needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Minimum of one (1) year recent nursing experience as an RN or LVN/LPN (per state regulations) preferably in the area of public health, home care or hospice nursing.
- Current licensure in state and CPR/BLS certificate.
- Prolonged or considerable walking or standing. Able to life, position or transfer patients. Able to lift supplies and equipment. Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, or crouching. Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/organization requirements and is in good working order.
- Meet weekend availability expectation.
