  • Work in close partnership with loss prevention and security teams to architect security features to reduce fraud on our platform.
  • Work with business partners to help set priorities and plan the roadmap for your team.
  • Find, hire, and develop people that compliment each other as a diverse, inclusive team.
  • Facilitate technical design discussions, remove blockers and align stakeholders.
  • Inspire an atmosphere of continuous improvement by serving as a coach, mentor, and technical advisor.

These items are shipped directly to clients' homes, allowing them to try on the selections at their convenience. Clients only pay for what they choose to keep, while a styling fee is charged for each shipment, which can be credited towards purchases.
