- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong project management skills with experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills
- Motivated with the ability to work well with a team and good business sense as well as good listening skills
- Various deliverables including status update reports and activity tracking
- Support the planning and preparation for meetings including making agendas and slide presentations
- Facilitate project execution including writing Requests for Proposals, vendor management, managing the approval process, getting compliance approval, including the ZINC and CLEAR review and approval process
- Working in a fast-paced environment, with limited supervision at times
- Experience with working in a pricing or market access function or working closely with such functions
- Experience working on a pharmaceutical launch
- Solid project management background ideally in pharma
- High energy and strong communication skills would be beneficial though not strictly required
