Responsibilities
  • Managing overall process and ways of working.
  • Align on ownership, process and deliverables with global stakeholders.
  • Drive program management for core assets in APAC, from the brief stage to regional reviews through to localization, ensuring APAC input is provided upfront.
  • Create and formalize systems to streamline ways of working, improve communications and standardize reviews across global workstreams.
  • Support local reviews; provide crucial quality assurance and quality control layer, ensure local nuances are captured, maintain brand consistency across APAC, and coordinate marketing approvals.
  • Sync regularly with global stakeholders to discuss regional needs, flag issues, get updates and visibility into upcoming workstreams.
  • Sync regularly with regional and local teams to communicate updates, consolidate requests, and flag issues.
  • Coordinate with Gstore APAC on new product launches and expansions, for Site and Customer Relationship Management assets.
  • Drive creation of weekly Brand Team newsletter.
  • Provide feedback on behalf of APAC and flag Priority 0 issues on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders on post-launch post-mortem efforts; highlight priority themes with clear examples and suggest improvements for the next launch.
