Requirements
  • A BS or MS degree in a STEM-related field with a solid academic record.
  • Recent graduate or entry-level experience; financial services experience is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or another relational database is highly desired.
  • A demonstrated interest in financial markets and derivatives products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily trading reconciliations and other post-trade activities, including handling invoices, brokerage, rebates, market data fees, and trade breaks.
  • Collaborate with our accounting department to ensure they receive detailed reconciliation reports.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and requests on a day-to-day basis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary systems.
  • Provide real-time support by responding to emails, chats, and trader requests.
  • Manage position transfers between counterparties and exchanges.
  • Assist with trader onboarding and offboarding, including setting up new accounts.
