Position Description:
This position supports the review, analysis and interpretation of electrical schematics and specifications for critical facilities. The Electrical Schematic Engineer will support the ingestion of Client Schematics and electrical one-line drawings, implementation of electrical infrastructure into a digital twin, and quality control to validate accuracy of the digital twin. The Electrical Schematic Engineer is to support the planning and execution of implementing a digital twin for the electrical infrastructure of the mission critical facility. They will be expected to execute against the project schedule through the coordination of internal team members to complete the desired electrical twin implementation.

Responsibilities:
ØSupport all aspects of ingestion and interpretation of client schematics / electrical one-line drawings. Support complete implementation of the electrical infrastructure systems into a digital twin QA/QC of all digital twin datasets.
ØBecome a subject matter expert in the digital twin technology, complete requisite training and on-boarding activities.
ØPerform beta testing and validation of software updates to the digital twin technology, provide written reports and analysis on new features, provide input on training and on-boarding materials as needed when updates are released.
ØProvide input, insight and feedback on the efficacy and ease-of-use for the digital twin technology. Provide input and insight to the overall implementation plan.
ØDevelop reports for the implementation team.
ØAttend and be an active participant of regular stakeholder meetings for the implementation projects. QA/QC of digital twin accuracy.
ØProvide documentation that that the digital twin is evaluated, validated and aligns with schematics and electrical one-line drawings.
ØDuties may be increased as experience and skill allow.
ØTraveling throughout the APAC zone about 25% of the work tenure to deploy and train on the software involves a dynamic and engaging experience. During these trips, training sessions needs to be conducted tailored to the needs of each team, providing hands-on demonstrations and addressing any questions or challenges they may have, also gathering feedback to refine our software, ensuring it meets user requirements effectively.

ØBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ø8 - 10 years management experience in the similar field
ØThe ideal candidate should possess experience in the role, having served as a trainer, player, or coach.
Ø5 + years’ experience leading and building a technology and support organization.
ØShould be deadline driven.
ØExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.
ØCustomer service DNA
ØTechnical expertise in engineering drawings
ØKnowledge of data center design concepts.
ØKnowledge and experience with Electrical Distribution Switchgear, Substations, Uninterruptable
ØPower Supplies (UPS), Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Batteries, Emergency Diesel Generators & Load Banks.
ØKnowledge of Lockout Tagout procedures and best practices
ØStrong experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
ØAbility to effectively write daily reports.
