- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an IT project environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting IT development or system maintenance projects.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal IT/development teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from clients.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Track and monitor project progress, including completed tasks, pending items, delays, and change requests.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting summaries.
- Facilitate communication and follow-ups between clients and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including documentation, issue tracking, and validation.
- Provide regular project updates and executive summaries to stakeholders.
- Assist in managing ongoing system maintenance requests and enhancement tracking.
