Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a business driving/marketing/sales role.
  • Experience in building business plan recommendations.
  • Experience with managing multiple media channels – including on site, search, social, programmatic, video or out of home.
  • Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Understands the full media planning process from strategy and plan development to execution.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately and effectively manage the total account revenue pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources.
  • Create and own revenue goals for the team that roll up to the total Meijer revenue goals, and leading the team to deliver revenue targets while contributing to overall business growth goals.
  • Collaborate with data & analytics partners to allow the team to measure the impact of Performance Marketing solutions on the business and specific brands.
  • Have an understanding and lead the team to work cross-functionally on the e-commerce search ecosystem from platform and fundamentals to data, insights and reporting.
  • Lead the Performance Marketing Lead team to work with, but not limited to, media planning systems and tools; such as Adobe, Google, Criteo, Dunn Humby, Spark, Catalina or a similar ad serving/data analytics platform as well as potential 3rd party advertising platforms.
  • Guide the team to create and deliver consultative presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and expertise in Meijer Media Performance Marketing solutions.
  • Act as the key contact for annual planning for specific accounts to program level strategies.
  • Be vendor facing, to support the team, with the ability to identify risks and effectively help the team navigate through issues.
  • Lead the Performance Marketing Leads to forecast and securing media placements where needed, building the media recommendations and insights based on media campaign performance.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to partner with internal and external teams using effective communication, timely responses to requests, and proactive resolution of potential issues.
  • Lead the team to be responsible for category specific campaign set-up and analysis: execution, testing, delivery, QA, reporting, and analysis.
  • Lead the team to own authorship and inputs for vendor brand campaign proposals as it relates to search marketing, digital on site, social, programmatic off-site, or in store marketing activities.
  • Lead the team to present strategic recommendations based on the business and vendor brand key objectives to buyers and vendors, through compelling and effective guidance on specific media tactics and creative inputs.
  • Guide the team to be both strategic and tactical, requiring individuals to create strategic insights for their product portfolio campaigns.
