What are we looking for?

Otisis currently recruiting for experienced administrators to join our Debt Dispute team in our Leicester office. 

As the Debt Disputes Administrator responsibilities will include

• providing your internal customers with paperwork and information to help resolve debt disputes efficiently

• assisting in identifying the root cause of disputes and contribute to the adjustment of standard work preventing future disputes arising

To be successful in this role you must:

• be used to working to targets and have a confident, clear telephone manner with a positive “can-do” attitude

• have strong IT skills and be highly organized

• be able to demonstrate that you are a problem solver, solutions orientated and that you can think outside the box. 

• be a team player

• have excellent communication skills
