Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, and copying.
Organize office-related events, including boardroom setup, the Christmas party, and maintenance service scheduling.
Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries.
Draft, edit, and proofread memos, letters, emails, reports, and other documents as required.
Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Participate in proposal meetings to coordinate the inclusion of information from various disciplines.
Assist with editing and maintaining project-related documents in corporate templates.
Assist with managing, monitoring, and maintaining the proposal database, files, and systems.
Keep accurate records on proposals in progress.
Run company errands and perform other related duties as assigned.

Based in Sault Ste Marie, ON, the Administrative Assistant will report to the Administration Manager and will have a wide range of duties supporting the office and its various projects.We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that would be involved with several aspects of administrative and clerical support. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to many clients. This position is a one-year contract covering a maternity leave and the wage range is $25.00 - $28.00 hourly.
What You’ll Do: As part of the TULLOCH team, you will:
