  • Partner strategically with managers and leaders to analyze key trends and metrics
  • Build strong relationships with Arrive’s management
  • Execute team organizational design and performance metrics
  • Provide top-tier employee relations support
  • Partner with Total Rewards and Talent Management team
  • Advocate a positive employee experience
  • Ensure proper handling of FMLA, Medical Leave, ADA, EEO complaints
  • Research and maintain employment & compliance updates
  • Devise and implement strategies to further business results
