  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5+ years proven sales experience in cannabis, alcohol or pharmaceutical sales is preferred
  • Must be based in Michigan
  • Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record and own transportation
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
  • Proficiency with MS Office in a windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for growing sales within the sales territory
  • Identify potential customers, initiate, and manage prospects through the sales pipeline, and close opportunities
  • Achievement of monthly revenue & profit goals
  • Managing customer relationships throughout the sales process
  • Deliver on KPI’s such as increased distribution, re-order rates, and successful new product launches
  • Provide insight regarding outcomes of programs and promotions
  • Work closely with national accounts and marketing partners to drive portfolio growth
  • Create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Monitor competition and market trends
