Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the Higher Education, Publishing, or Edtech industry
  • Proven track record of success in hitting and exceeding a quota/target, ideally revenue-based
  • Experience in sales, including driving & closing deals, prospecting effectively, and running the full sales cycle
  • Enjoy going on campus, meeting and building relationships with customers
  • Results-focused with a solid track record of success in a quota-carrying role
  • Familiarity with CRM, ideally Salesforce
Responsibilities
  • Supporting and retaining current Top Hat customers
  • Driving new business opportunities within assigned book of business
  • Positioning and messaging Top Hat's value proposition to professors and departments
  • Representing and selling the full suite of Top Hat and approved partner products and services
  • Collaborating with the Top Hat onboarding team to manage the full sales cycle for new customers
