Responsibilities

  • Track project progress and follow up on pending items, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure clear and efficient communication.
  • Organize team events, meetings, and off-sites, coordinating logistics and managing budgets as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents required by the executive team.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including expense reporting, email management, and document filing.
