  • Bachelor's Degree in CS, IT, Audiovisual, MIS, or related technical degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Crestron equipment, audio DSP's, and Dante/AES microphone systems
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS platforms and AV systems
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise IT and SaaS security principles and best practices
  • UC Platforms and AV Systems Integration
  • Advanced understanding of corporate network architecture and networking technologies
  • Experience operating and supporting live events
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with inventory management protocols
Responsibilities
  • Manage global enterprise communication and collaboration solutions
  • Drive implementations, enhancements, and remediation of Unified Communications/ Audiovisual hardware & SaaS applications
  • Design, deliver, and document existing and new enterprise solutions
  • Design & Deliver AV standards for conference rooms
  • Lead the engineering direction of services and team
  • Provide live event technical support
  • Design, Deploy, and Support AV conferencing and event solutions
  • Evaluate Conferencing Hardware, application and toolset to make recommendations
  • Advanced Troubleshooting of SaaS applications and AV Systems
  • Provide C-Level Support
