Responsibilities
  • Act as the brand steward for a designated fleet of stores, ensuring consistency in visual standards and storytelling.
  • Partner closely with the corporate Visual team, Regional SVP, and cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate with Store Planning, Merchandising, Regional Operations, and Store Leadership to align on business priorities and execution.
  • Ensure all visual directives are executed with precision, timeliness, and brand integrity.
  • Provide in-store coaching and feedback to develop visual talent and elevate execution standards.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent, contributing to succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Manage and prioritize workload across multiple locations, balancing strategic initiatives and daily execution.
  • Partner with leadership to identify budget needs for windows, interiors, seasonal campaigns, and events.
  • Drive visual strategies that support sales performance, client experience, and product storytelling.
  • Act as a liaison between stores and corporate partners to ensure alignment on floor moves and merchandising strategies.
  • Participate in regional and corporate calls, contributing insights and recommendations based on store performance.
  • Support special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
  • Stand, walk, and move frequently across multiple store environments.
  • Lift and move visual materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Use ladders and equipment to execute window and in-store displays.
  • Maintain the visual requirements of close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
