- Maintain accurate client event information in the company's business systems.
- Review daily invoices with clients and obtain their signatures on invoices.
- Comply with company security and safety measures and maintain awareness of property inventory and equipment locations.
- Ensure inventory is secure from theft and damage.
- Ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition.
- Immediately report lost, stolen, or damaged equipment to management.
- Keep all company-occupied areas clean, organized, and up to company standards.
- Continually develop technical skills in audio, video/data, staging, computer operation, and networking.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
