- Work closely with UX and other business stakeholders on forward-thinking business initiatives.
- Mentor a team of in-house and outsource engineers.
- Perform regular code reviews.
- Architect and implement our next generation service-oriented architecture platform on Amazon Web Services using Varnish, Symfony 2, Simple Notification Service, Simple Queue Service, Node.js, Amazon Aurora, Nginx, CloudFront, and Backbone.Marionette.
- Lead all aspects of front end development efforts for both internal and public facing sites and applications.
- Responsibilities include building internal/public-facing applications using HTML5, Salesforce Apex, Visual Force, Workflow Rules, and Symfony2.
- Test Driven Development using PHPUnit and Jasmine.
- Mentor and supervise team of in-house and off-shore developers.
- Collaborated with members across EA teams to produce highly-reusable, world class products.
