Mitek Systems has integrated its identity verification platform with Ping Identity's PingOne DaVinci, a no-code identity orchestration service. The integration enables organisations to implement advanced identity verification capabilities, including liveness detection and face comparison, through a drag-and-drop interface. The partnership allows Ping customers to access Mitek's technology to detect impersonation attempts, deepfakes and other fraud tactics within a scalable framework. The solution supports both no-code and low-code configurations, including banking-grade verification for sophisticated fraud prevention. Mitek's verified identity platform, MiVIP, integrates into DaVinci to help organisations combat AI-driven attacks whilst maintaining frictionless user experiences. More than 7,000 organisations currently use Mitek's technology for digital identity verification and fraud prevention.

Mitek Systems, a digital identity verification company, has drawn $50 million from its term loan facility ahead of the February 2026 maturity of its convertible senior notes. The San Diego-based firm disclosed the borrowing in an SEC filing on 22 January. The term loan, arranged through Silicon Valley Bank, involves Mitek subsidiaries A2iA Corp and ID R&D. It carries a variable interest rate tied to term SOFR or the Wall Street Journal prime rate, with a margin adjusting based on the company's net leverage ratio. The financing follows Mitek's record fiscal year 2025 results announced in December. The company provides document verification, facial biometrics and voice authentication services, recently launching deepfake defences to combat synthetic identity fraud.
