Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; relevant experience in personal financial planning or wealth management a plus
  • Ability to prioritize workload, balance tasks and follow projects through completion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Strong digital literacy and previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, specifically SalesForce and Agilink
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Process invoices, ACH/wire requests and bank transfers daily
  • Handle deposit of client income and scanning expenses daily
  • Reconcile client bank accounts monthly
  • Act as point of contact for multiple financial advisors and OFS team members on client questions, payment status, misc. transactions etc.
  • Process client reports on as needed basis
  • Assist in research and clearing of outstanding payables and receipts
  • Provide general administrative support for the OFS team
  • Coordinate special projects as needed
