  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably within an international hotel brand
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required (additional languages preferred)
  • Good knowledge of local market trends and business segments
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings, sales calls, and promotional activities
Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow room, banquet, and F&B revenues
  • Assist in monitoring competitor activity and market trends to develop effective sales strategies
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of the Sales & Marketing budget
  • Manage assigned accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests and groups
  • Work with the wider IHG regional sales teams for cross-selling opportunities
  • Represent the hotel at sales calls, trade shows, and networking events when required
  • Provide potential clients with accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and IHG Rewards programs
  • Support in planning and organizing events, meetings, and group bookings
  • Uphold Holiday Inn Express service culture by ensuring each interaction reflects care, responsiveness, and professionalism
  • Proactively seek feedback to enhance guest and client satisfaction
