The 10-week summer Internship Program based in Charlotte, NC is for rising seniors who want real growth, real purpose, and real impact. Our interns aren’t on teams to do grunt work - their days are designed to overflow with opportunities for growth by taking ownership of meaningful projects that drive business impact. Through the Internship Program, you’ll have access to mentorship, exposure to industry experts, direct team collaboration, and a high cadence of feedback to set you up for success as you work towards a potential return offer for the Rotational Program at the end of the summer. Where You’ll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• You will work on industry leading brands that help more than 100 million people a month.
• Drive the growth and development of customer-facing websites, social API integrations, and proprietary digital marketing technologies.
• Collaborate with our award-winning teams to implement, test, and improve our products, while ensuring top quality and consistency across various applications within our platform.
• Design, build, and maintain tools and systems to be used by millions of people around the globe.

What We’re Looking For

• Rising Seniors graduating in Spring 2026
• June 2025 Intern Program start date
• Recent, hands-on experience in software development (internships, work experience, group projects, and side projects preferred)
• Experience building quality, well-tested software
• Self-starter who seeks out challenging work, overcomes obstacles, and drives through to completion
• Experience with one or more languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#
• Great collaboration skills; comfortable sharing accomplishments and asking questions
• The drive to be a catalyst in a dynamic, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment
• A passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and contributing  diverse ideas to our teams
• Desire to help others toward better health and well-being.
• Willingness to bring your authentic self and unique perspective to work every day - and don’t forget the sense of humor!

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Intern Salary: $2,900 paid bi-weekly over the course of 10 week program
