Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate departments
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
Assist with general administrative support tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked
Support internal communications and provide logistical help for office events
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front office role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment with efficiency
