Your Role

As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of bath and shower systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and consistently produce high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Complete bathroom remodeling projects, often in as little as one day
• Perform carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction tasks
• Follow company installation standards and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction on every project
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers
• Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the installation
• Educate homeowners on the care and maintenance of their new bath system
• Complete required paperwork and submit installation photos
• Stock and maintain installation vehicles, tools, and materials
• Work safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, remodeling, or in-home renovation experience
• Ability to accurately take measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
• Experience using power tools, including drills, jigsaws, and other construction equipment
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
