Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • ERP Certifications (SAP/Oracle Cloud, or equivalent) preferred
  • Fluency in Artificial Intelligence and data concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, improve workflows using approved tools, identify and mitigate bias or inaccuracies, and communicate AI-driven insights clearly and responsibly to peers and managers
  • Availability and willingness to travel on company business domestically and internationally
  • This position requires legally authorized to be employed in the United States; Cook does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position now or in the future
Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle ERP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP configurations and functional specifications.
  • Configure ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain) and validate system changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize enterprise-wide processes
  • Manage testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality assurance.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolve high-priority ERP issues
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including functional designs, process flows, and user guides
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and ERP best practices
  • Engage with senior management to align ERP strategies with business objectives
  • Address day-to-day issues and support business operations based on priorities
  • Perform impact assessments for ERP upgrades
  • Coordinate feature/function changes with Sustainment Team
  • Support users on product questions
  • Address and facilitate the resolution of product issues
  • Ability to create functional designs and configuration changes
  • Facilitate release management and regression testing
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance
  • Train users and maintain system documentation
  • Manage data migration, compliance, and vendor coordination
  • Generate reports and support decision-making
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional ERP specifications
  • Configure and maintain ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Support ERP system upgrades, patches, and integrations.
  • Conduct functional and regression testing; ensure quality assurance
