Responsibilities
  • Partner with the sales team to drive technical discussions and demonstrate Northspyre's value proposition to prospective clients
  • Lead technical discovery calls to understand client requirements and articulate how Northspyre can address their specific challenges
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to different stakeholder groups
  • Provide technical guidance during implementation planning and proof of concept phases
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate market needs and client feedback
  • Create technical documentation and solution architectures for client implementations
  • Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth post sales hand-offs for implementation and onboarding
