  • Align strategic technology and engineering initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and timelines. Demonstrate ability to negotiate and adjust project scope with stakeholders
  • Track and manage schedule to ensure requirements milestones criteria are met and define pathways to mitigate risks
  • Own regular technical design reviews with engineering teams to ensure engineering robustness, identify risks and problems and proactively finds solutions, and drive clear actionable plans to close gaps
  • Provide mentorship to engineering and project team on business processes and risk mitigation strategies to enable the smooth execution of multidisciplinary engineering projects
  • Partner with technical leads to anticipate resourcing needs and address gaps
  • Drive effective communication channels between engineering and relevant stakeholders, providing regular status reports and indicators with stakeholders and the product execution team
