Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role; experience with interview scheduling or recruiting coordination is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail, ensuring all recruitment documentation and communication is correct.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Ability to collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot scheduling issues and propose solutions quickly.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple scheduling requests and deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interviews, lunch and travel for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, answering questions, and guiding them through the interview process.
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS, including candidate statuses, interview feedback, and recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Generate and maintain recruitment-related reports such as hiring metrics, time-to-fill, and diversity data.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates, conducting initial candidate screenings, creating job postings, and managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
