Responsibilities
  • Define the market strategy and influence product strategy based on technology trends, market trends, and internal data.
  • Develop and implement Go-to-market strategies to increase growth and retention across all segments and geographies.
  • Partner with product management team and other cross functional teams to identify new use cases and promote key product use cases.
  • Develop 'experience-led' persuasive messaging that resonates with diverse user segments, highlighting Adobe Commerce value and differentiation.
  • Invest in competitive intelligence and analysis to drive market differentiation.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and outbound marketing to align on go-to-market strategies, product updates, and user feedback integration.
  • Partner with web, analyst relations, PR, events, campaign, partner, and retention marketing teams to drive launches, campaigns, and strategic plays globally.
  • Collaborate with content and campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
  • Partner with the field organization globally to drive the necessary enablement and sales plays and offer deal support.
  • Partner with product management to drive capabilities, customer advisory board, and product releases.
  • Drive product launches globally and bring new products to market to further drive growth and ARR.
  • Leverage Drive thought leadership in the market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product marketers.
  • Act as a voice of the customer by capturing insights from user feedback, surveys, and support teams to advise marketing strategies and product development.
