Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their plumbing needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Sell plumbing services to commercial clients.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of plumbing products, services, tools, and equipment to answer customer inquiries effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, plumbers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and increase sales.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with clients; their trusted advisor to provide solutions and support to maintain and optimize their plumbing systems.
  • Collaborate with our service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
  • Demonstrate products to customers, explaining how they work and the benefits they offer.
  • Perform follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to management to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
