Requirements
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or fitness studios.
  • Ability to use mobile applications for attendance tracking, photo uploads, and reports.
  • Reliable personal transportation to travel between assigned locations during the night route.
  • Availability to work 4 to 5 nights per week.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal direct supervision.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish ability is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Perform deep cleaning of boutique fitness studios, including equipment, floors, mirrors, bathrooms, reception areas, and public retail spaces.
  • Take before-and-after cleaning photographs at each location and upload them through a mobile application at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Follow a detailed checklist in English and Spanish to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards across all facilities.
  • Record arrival and departure at each location using a mobile application.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning products and supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
  • Monitor cleaning staff attendance and coordinate replacement coverage for the same night when required.
