  • 1 year Retail Management
  • Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting frequently. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
Responsibilities
  • Direct activities required to achieve store goals including best of class guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation, while driving associate and guest engagement.
  • Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment.
  • Co-Leads floor sets/refresh management; plan and manage merchandise markdown process; manage supply orders, maintenance and cleaning; manage inventory/damages; audits and manage banking and loss prevention systems; trains new associates on operational processes; co-manages payroll and store’s financial performance; responsible for decisions regarding store operations and planning; execute task directives within designated time frames; complete opening/closing procedures; adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
  • Communicates effectively with executive team; interprets Home Office communication through Store Leader/District Leader partnership; partners with Visual District Leader and Visual Assistant Store Leader to oversee floorsets, window sets, fixture placement and visual environment; maintains awareness of brand aesthetic in store environment.
