Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in hyper-growth B2B technology
- Experience planning and executing a variety of multi-channel initiatives such as in-person and virtual events, email campaigns, and a general understanding of paid media channels
- Understanding of revenue marketing metrics and goal setting with a commitment to deliver against marketing pipeline influence and ACV goals
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulously organized with a get-it-down attitude
- Confidence in building and growing relationships with key stakeholders including sales and marketing heads and other members of the Executive staff
- Critical and creative thinker who is always seeking better methods
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a distributed organization and prioritize a myriad of projects
- Tremendous written and verbal communication skills and proven influencer
- Ability to assess each scenario and quickly problem solve and identify potential roadblocks in advance, and propose solutions
- Willingness to travel at least 30%
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales Heads and Account Executives to understand their key accounts and opportunity stages to build the most impactful programs
- Research, plan, and execute field marketing events including custom roundtables, workshops, webinars, and hospitality
- Own communications between your regional Sales Team and broader marketing team by acting as the liaison and enablement arm
- Cross-collaborate and build relationships within Product Marketing, Demand-Generation, Sales, and etc
