Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, engaging with clients – preferably in a financial planning or investment planning capacity
  • Strong understanding of economics, global financial markets, asset allocation, and portfolio construction
  • Strong interpersonal skills – individual will have extensive interaction with advisors and clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Series 7 and 66 licensed required or completion upon hire
Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of client strategists to help UHNW and Institutional clients and prospective clients with strategies to bridge their planning and investments decisions
  • Provide asset allocation strategies, trust and estate planning guidance, portfolio construction advice, and executive compensation planning
  • Oversee a team of analysts to support the field in creating UHNW plans
  • Train teams on how to use proprietary UHNW tools and answer any questions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of the department including other client strategy leads and subject matter experts, portfolio managers, senior management, and field management
  • Engage in significant client interaction and occasionally travel for conferences and client meetings
