What you will do:
- Work in collaboration with the EVP of Sales to define the go-to-market strategy for bringing DISQO’s full suite of ad measurement products to brands, agencies and publisher clients
- Manage the sales team to deliver profitable growth across all verticals
- Hire and develop sales staff
- Work with EVP to develop and define optimal sales force structure for growth and sustainability
- Develop territory and account plans and strategies for developing business and achieving DISQO’s sales goals
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Work collaboratively with our internal teams to facilitate the highest possible efficiency and positive culture attainable
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company function
- Leverage your business network to open new opportunities
- Report plans, achievements, and challenges to the EVP of Sales
What you bring to the role:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of Management experience in the ad measurement or brand effectiveness arena
- Successful experience building go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
- Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations.
- Successful experience managing a team of 12+ salespeople
- Successful experience hiring and onboarding sales representatives
- A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Proven ability to effectively communicate our value propositions with different types presentations
- Experience using a CRM (salesforce preferred)
- High-energy, hunter mentality with a drive to succeed
- Ability to make an impact on key decision makers
- You embrace roles that give you the opportunity to create the path forward instead of having the path laid out for you
- Demonstrate ability in all aspects of sales leadership
