  • A minimum of 7-10 years of Management experience in the ad measurement or brand effectiveness arena
  • Successful experience building go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
  • Successful experience monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated expectations, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations
  • Successful experience managing a team of 12+ salespeople
  • Successful experience hiring and onboarding sales representatives
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate our value propositions with different types presentations
  • Experience using a CRM (salesforce preferred)
  • High-energy, hunter mentality with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to make an impact on key decision makers

  • Demonstrate ability in all aspects of sales leadership
  • Recruiting firms that submit resumes to DISQO without first entering into a written contract will not be entitled to any compensation on candidates referred by that firm
  • Work in collaboration with the EVP of Sales to define the go-to-market strategy for bringing DISQO's full suite of ad measurement products to brands, agencies and publisher clients
  • Manage the sales team to deliver profitable growth across all verticals
  • Hire and develop sales staff
  • Work with EVP to develop and define optimal sales force structure for growth and sustainability
  • Develop territory and account plans and strategies for developing business and achieving DISQO's sales goals
  • Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to facilitate the highest possible efficiency and positive culture attainable
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company function
  • Leverage your business network to open new opportunities
  • Report plans, achievements, and challenges to the EVP of Sales
