Job Title: Renewal Specialist
Location: Remote - Anywhere - US
Job Summary
The DeleteMe Renewal Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring DeleteMe’s small customers renew their annual business subscription. The Renewal Specialist focuses on ongoing outreach to Small Business Customers to ensure they renew, process their renewal, ensure auto renewals can be processed (billing methods on file), and to reduce churn for DeleteMe’s small customer accounts. Renewal Specialists will work alongside CSMs and AEs to ensure successful renewal and upsell for SMB clients.
Responsibilities
-Ongoing customer engagement for customers close to renewal to ensure a successful renewal process and reduce churn.
-Ongoing customer engagement to ensure DeleteMe has an appropriate billing method on file so DeleteMe can auto-renew applicable customers.
-Updates to customer subscriptions and invoices to ensure a smooth billing process.
-Maintaining Salesforce records to ensure data cleanliness.
-Coordination with CSMs and Sales as needed when upsell opportunities become possible.
-Coordinates with Finance to ensure invoices and subscriptions are accurate and timely.
-Coordinates with CSMs and AEs when contracts/agreements are required.
-Provide customer outreach at renewal and assist Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities for SMB customers.
-Assist with customer offboarding for SMB clients.
Experience
2-3 years of experience working as a Renewal Specialist
Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Experience developing deep client relationships to understand client needs and helping to optimize the customer experience.
Experience with churn mitigation and renewal management.
Experience working with high value, Fortune 500 enterprise customers.
Experience increasing product adoption, net retention, and continually improving the overall customer experience.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to drive positive customer outcomes.
Experience with project management principles and how to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience in the Privacy, Security, or Threat Intelligence industry is a huge plus.
