7+ years of experience as a system testing engineer or equivalent job
Proficient with testing in several fields: embedded firmware, backend, electrical engineering, and radio frequencies
Proficient with at least one Quality Management System (QMS)
Comfortable with command line and at least one scripting language (python, bash)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and analyzing logs
Familiar with bench testing tools: oscilloscopes, power supply
Familiar with regulation standards (FCC, CE)
Expert in compiling and executing system-level test plans
Proficient communicator

Responsibilities

Work with team lead, project management, and other engineering teams to plan the effort and establish realistic timelines
Be a reference for test reports and bug analysis
Plan and coordinate field tests and compile comprehensive test reports
Be an active part of supporting customer escalations

The Position

This position is to join Reach’s system testing team. You will work at the intersection of all other teams and be a central piece of Reach’s engineering development and testing strategy. You will be an active part of the team and help setup company good practices for testing, deployments in the field and initial support.

Key Position Responsibilities

Actively contribute to developing comprehensive test plans and execute them with quantification in mind

Be a reference for test reports and bug analysis

Plan and coordinate field tests and compile comprehensive test reports

Qualifications

Requirements
