Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive view of the client and their business priorities
  • Grow and retain a book of business and proactively identify expansion opportunities
  • Negotiate contract renewals, amendments, and expansions
  • Build, enhance, and implement long-term client relationships and communication at the C-level
  • Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews to illustrate the adoption of the platform
  • Act as an advocate for customers, conveying their needs across the organization
  • Adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the business and clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share standard methodologies and promote a positive culture
Desired Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of client-facing experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a full quota-carrying sales cycle role
  • Experience selling to Global and US enterprise accounts
  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Experience in Anything-as-a-Service (Tech Based), Tech that is consumption-based, selling into multiple verticals
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle high-value clients
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude
  • Experience in tech sales and selling into multiple verticals
