Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of working in a supply chain engineering, product engineering, or software engineering role with a focus on MRP or ERP systems within an advanced manufacturing environment
  • Advanced knowledge of supply chain evaluation, performance management, and development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, as well as SQL
Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of planning and execution process workflows, with an emphasis on MRP, ensuring they align with strategic goals and technical requirements
  • Develop and implement technical infrastructure to support MRP "process-as-a-product" workflows, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance to integrate MRP solutions with existing supply chain systems and other enterprise software
  • Lead the development of new features and enhancements, using best practices in systems engineering to ensure high-quality systems architecture
  • Continuously assess and optimize the performance of MRP and MRP-related processes, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee the testing and validation of planning and execution systems, ensuring they meet functional and performance criteria before deployment, and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system designs, technical specifications, and process workflows
  • Partner with product managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders on a highly technical level to form key partnership, understand requirements, define technical specifications, and drive strategic value creation to the enterprise
