  • Creative problem solver and team player, eager to learn and grow
  • Proven copywriting experience, ideally in recruitment marketing or talent attraction
  • Strong grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with social media, job boards, and other media channels
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • SEO Certification preferred
  • Flexible schedule for collaboration with global stakeholders along with strong organization and time management abilities
Responsibilities
  • Manage candidate’s digital content experience by developing engaging copy inclusive of Citi Careers website content, landing pages, emails, newsletters, video scripts, social media, job descriptions and more as business requires.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Campaign Managers to understand hiring needs and translate into targeted messaging to a variety of audiences and channels, keeping consistent brand voice and story.
  • Partner closely with Designers to ensure alignment in telling brand story visually and with Content and Social Media Manager on overall content strategy and implementation.
  • Work alongside Website Marketing Manager and Lead Designer on website optimizations and development.
  • Lead internal SEO strategy, in conjunction with external agency partners, to monitor and analyze website content performance and inform on insights and go-forward strategies.
  • Serve as SEO and content subject matter expert, staying updated on industry trends and sharing best practices internally, ongoing keyword research and SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Develop original messaging concepts and unexpected creative solutions that uphold the personality and intent of the Citi voice.
  • Maintain clear, consistent brand voice in adherence to Citi’s brand guidelines, while simplifying the job seeker experience through succinct, thoughtful, and personalized messaging.
  • Able to present objectives, design approaches, and creative solutions persuasively to internal stakeholders as well as internal teams.
  • Support collection of local Video/Photo content when required.
  • Assess risk appropriately in business decisions, prioritizing Citigroup's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, exercise ethical judgment, and transparently escalate and report control issues.
