- A valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of South Carolina is required.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification is required.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills is required.
- Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans.
- Perform regular rounds and monitor residents' conditions throughout the shift.
- Supervise and direct other care staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Notify physicians and families of significant changes in residents' conditions.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards.
- Work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs.
- One to two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
