  • 8 years relevant experience in influencer relations & communications
  • Have run a successful influencer program for a tech, entertainment or consumer company
  • Strong understanding of digital PR/marketing and social media
  • Strong understanding on how to execute earned influencer relations and organic relationships
  • Strong understanding of the UK influencer landscape
  • Extensive experience with communications supporting a global company
  • Motivated self-starter with hands-on attitude
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong influencer relations skills and influencer contacts/relationships
  • Strong project management and agency management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a hectic and very fast-moving industry and environment

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute all UK influencer communications work
  • Create an always on influencer approach through education on the Spotify platform and product
  • Build powerful cross-functional stakeholder relationships within the business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of influencers
  • Craft unique and compelling stories around Spotify for influencers
  • Ensure consistent and aligned approach to narrative/messaging through influencer channels
  • Lead all agency and external partner relationships on influencer
